Founded in 1993 by a small group of outdoor industry veterans, Mountain Hardwear is dedicated to producing high-end outdoor equipment, apparel and accessories for mountaineering, climbing, backpacking and snowsports. Our products are innovative and technologically advanced, designed and crafted by people who are passionate about the outdoors. Mountain Hardwear has won numerous awards since its inception for its unique product designs and exceptional customer service.
In addition to being passionate about the outdoors, Mountain Hardwear employees are also passionate about making great products. We like to spend our days thinking about what new ideas we can bring to outdoor gear so that we continue to deliver “Radical Thinking” to the market. We tend to be innovative and creative, like challenges, look for the best ideas and are proud to be part of the Mountain Hardwear team. We like our small-company feel, team orientation, down-to-earth approach and casual atmosphere (some of us even bring our dogs to the office!).
